Has child in private school and doesn’t want to pay for someone else’s kid to be educated.

Heard their neighbor say that the students would be trailers during construction. Didn’t want no trailer park in town.

Empty nesters who would rather put that money into a new boat  / exercise room  /  marriage counseling.
